Instructor: Island City Wellness Team

This will be our series wrap up session for the summer. Island City Wellness will be back in the fall with fresh ideas and new adventures to share with the community in hopes of cultivating self care. We will use this class to share ideas for new classes, hear input from participants and Chana Wood will also be guiding us in creating vision boards to assist with keeping in alignment without goals.
