Shirley Crowe, nutritionist and grandmother will lead participants in preparing okinomiyaki ( Japanese veggie pancakes that are considered fast food) both gluten free version and wheat version.  As a second dish participants will prepare stuffed squash with wild rice and parmesan.  Tastings will be encouraged.  Children ages 10 and over can attend with their parent for free.  One child per adult please.
