In this program you will not only be introduced to the benefits of practicing Mindfulness but you will learn resources for further developing your Mindfulness Skills.  Best of all, we will engage in Mindfulness Practice together!  Whether you are new to the concept of Mindfulness, or you have been practicing for years,  come enjoy the benefits of Mindfulness!
