Shirley Crowe, nutritionist and grandmother, will lead participants in preparing jazzed up sautéed veggies with ideas of complimentary pairings and seasonal variations. Also participants will make and taste crunchy kale. Recipes and where to secure ingredients will be shared. Children ages 10 and over can attend with their parent for free. One child per adult please.
